أعلن المجلس القومي للمرأة عن تقدمه اليوم ببلاغ للنائب العام للتحقيق فى الواقعة الشهيره التى أثيرت مؤخراً على موقع التواصل الإجتماعي (انستجرام) ، وقيام مجموعة من الفتيات منذ بضعة أيام بإنشاء جروب على هذا الموقع لتجميع أدلة اتهام ضد شاب، يتضمن سرد شهادات الفتيات على وقائع اغتصاب عديدة قام بها الشاب، ووقائع تحرش جنسى بالفتيات، فضلاً عن رسائل نصية وصوتية خادشة للحياء قام الشاب بإرسالها إلى العديد من الفتيات.
وقد تضمن البلاغ مايلي :
"في ضوء متابعة المجلس القومي للمرأة لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تبين وجود صفحة على تطبيق انستجرام تم تدشينها من قبل بعض الفتيات والسيدات تشكين فيها من قيام شخص باغتصاب البعض منهن وهتك عرض والتحرش جنسيا بالبعض الآخر. هذا وتتضمن الصفحة التي يتابعها الالاف من المتابعين رسائل نصية وصوتية خادشة للحياء قام هذا الشاب بإرسالها إلى العديد من الطفلات والفتيات بهدف التهديد والابتزاز.
كما تلقى المجلس العديد من النداءات والمناشدات من الضحايا المجني عليهن بشأن قيام ذات الشخص بابتزازهن وتهديدهن مستغلا ما يحتفظ به من صور ومقاطع توثق جرائمه النكراء في التشهير بهن إذا قمن بالإبلاغ عنه للسلطات المختصة. وقد طالبت الضحايا المجني عليهن حماية حرمة حياتهن الخاصة وعدم الإفصاح عن بياناتهن حتى يتسنى لهن التعاون مع الشرطة والنيابة العامة.
وحيث أن المجلس القومي للمرأة يعد الآلية الوطنية المعنية بشئون المرأة وفقا للقانون رقم 30 لسنة 2018 بشأن اصدار قانون تنظيم المجلس القومي للمرأة. وحيث تنص المادة 7 في بنديها 13 و14 من القانون سالف الذكر على اختصاص المجلس القومي للمرأة بتلقي ودراسة الشكاوى الخاصة بانتهاك حقوق وحريات المرأة واحالتها على جهات الاختصاص وإبلاغ السلطات العامة عن أي انتهاكات لحقوق وحريات المرأة، وفي إطار جهود المجلس لمناهضة جميع أشكال العنف ضد المرأة، فإننا نتقدم لسيادتكم بذلك البلاغ للتحقيق في تلك الواقعة واتخاذ اللازم قانونا ضد مرتكبها مع التوجيه بحماية ومساعدة المجني عليهن"
هذا ويناشد المجلس القومي للمرأة جميع الفتيات بالتقدم ببلاغ رسمى ضد هذا الشاب حتى ينال عقابه الذى يستحق طبقا للقانون ، ويكون عبرة لكل من تسول له نفسه المساس بالفتيات والتحرش بهن.
كما يعلن المجلس القومي للمرأة عن استعداد مكتب شكاوى المرأة تقديم الدعم القانوني والنفسي اللازم للفتيات، ومساندتهن حتى ينال هذا الشاب عقابه ، مع التأكيد على سرية جميع الشكاوى والبيانات التى يتلقاها المكتب.

The National Council for Women announced today its submission of a report to the Public Prosecutor to investigate the famous incident that was recently raised on the social networking site (Instagram), where a number of girls a few days ago created a group on Instagram to collect indictments against a young man, which includes girls ’testimonies about numerous rape incidents committed by the young man, incidents of sexual harassment of girls, as well as indecent assaults via text and voice messages that the young man sent to many girls, and the statement was as following:

In light of the National Council for Women's *follow up* on social media, it was found that there was a page on the Instagram application launched by some girls and women complaining that someone raped some of them and sexually assaulted and harassed others. This page, which is followed by thousands of followers, includes text messages and voice, which are assaulting, sent by the young *man* to young girls and women in order to threaten and blackmail.

The Council also received many appeals and from victims regarding the same person and that he threatened them, and took advantage of them through the images and clips he documented while committing his heinous crimes to defame them if they report him to the competent authorities. The victims asked to have their identity and their privacy protected and not to disclose their data so that they could cooperate with the police and the public prosecutor.

The National Council for Women *in its capacity as* the national machinery for women's *issues* in accordance with Law No. 30 of 2018 *that regulates its work*. Whereas, Article 7 of its provisions 13 and 14 of the aforementioned law provides for the competence of the National Council for Women to receive and study complaints about violations of women's rights and freedoms and refer them to the competent authorities and inform the public authorities of any violations of women's rights and freedoms, and within the framework of the Council's efforts to combat all forms of violence against women, we extend to you Your Excellency this report to investigate this incident and take the necessary legal action against its perpetrator, *while* protecting and assisting the victims. "

The National Council for Women calls upon all girls to file official *reports* against this young man so that he will receive the punishment he deserves according to the law, and it will serve as an example to all those who dare harm girls and harass them.

The National Council for Women also announces that the Women's Complaints *office* is ready to provide the necessary legal *assistance* and psychological support to girls, and to support them until this young man gets his punishment, while emphasizing the confidentiality of all complaints and data received by the office.
